ABOUT
Meet The Chef
Nick Terrassin is a French chef from Châtellerault, a small city in the Loire Valley. Classically-trained, he has worked in well-known restaurants in France, Québec, and in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, where he currently works as a private chef. Chef Nick’s passion for cooking started as a child in France as he helped prepare meals for large family gatherings with his grandfather. The choice of flavors in his dishes reflect his culinary philosophy: carefully-executed simplicity.
